We are investigating a class action lawsuit against ReserveBar (online seller of spirits and wine). We are also investigating similar lawsuits against Glenmorangie.

We believe that ReserveBar’s practice of introducing various services fees at the checkout page may violate California law. This late introduction of new charges may deceive buyers when they are making their purchase decisions.
