Glenfiddich and ReserveBar Class Action Investigation

We are investigating a class action lawsuit against Glenfiddich (the scotch whiskey distillery) and ReserveBar (online sales of spirits and wine).

We believe that Glenfiddich and ReserveBar’s practice of introducing various services fees at the checkout page may violate California law. This late introduction of new charges may deceive buyers when they are making their purchase decisions.
