Who We Are

Warren Terzian LLP‍ ‍is a consumer protection law firm based in Los Angeles, California.

We sue some of the biggest companies in the world over false advertising, deceptive pricing, unlawful fees, and other unfair business practices—usually as class actions, sometimes individually.

Our clients are ordinary people. Our defendants are the companies that cheated them. Some of the companies lied to our clients about false discounts. Others charged our clients hidden or otherwise unlawful fees. Still others charged our clients interest rates over 200%. The list goes on.

We are a small firm by design. Every case we take is handled by a partner, not staffed out. That lets us move quickly, pick our fights carefully, and stay in cases that bigger firms would have settled or walked away from—or never taken to begin with.

We are not afraid of arbitration clauses. We are not afraid of defendants who outspend us ten to one. That is the entire job, and we picked it.
