We are investigating a potential class action against Starbucks, one of the largest coffee companies in the United States of America.
We believe that Starbucks may have violated California law related to its Bearista cold cup. We are investigating whether Starbucks falsely advertised the Bearista cup as to the amount that would be available for sale. Reports indicate that Starbucks produced virtually no Bearista cups, with many stores having no more than 2 Bearista cups (and some had none). We are investigating whether Starbucks advertised a product knowing it would not meet demand and whether it failed to account for that in its advertising.
