LEGOLAND Class Action

We are investigating a class action lawsuit against LEGOLAND, the LEGO-based theme parks in California (Carlsbad), Florida (Orlando), and New York (Goshen).

We believe that LEGOLAND’s advertising that “Kid’s Go Free” to LEGOLAND (with the purchase of an adult ticket) may be false advertising under California law. (Sometimes LEGOLAND’s purported promotion may be marketed as available to anyone who buys a LEGO set; other times it is marketed to everybody.)

We are also investigating claims for deceptive pricing against LEGOLAND.

For both of these, we are evaluating a class action lawsuit to recover money who bought LEGOLAND tickets in reliance on this advertising.
