We are investigating a class action lawsuit against all sellers of electric battery power stations, including Anker, Jackery, EF Ecoflow, BlueTTI, and others.
We believe certain retailers may be violating consumer protection laws by deceiving buyers with limited time offers or limited time sales, as well as references to supposed MSRP or list prices that can be double the amount of the offered sale price. These promotions deceive buyers into thinking they’re getting great deals and that they must buy now.
But in reality: these offers or sales are not for a limited time. They are for all the time. So the so-called sale price is actually the regular price.
