We are investigating a class action lawsuit against Chase Bank over its Chase Sapphire credit card.

In June 2025, Chase announced that it was eliminating its guaranteed 1.25 cent-per-point redemption rate and replacing it with a new feature called “Points Boost.”

We are investigating whether Chase misrepresented the nature of Points Boost and the amount of properties that qualify or don’t qualify for Points Boost.
