We are investigating a class action lawsuit against Anker Solix, the portable battery and home battery company.

We are investigating whether Anker automatically adds a “Worry-Free Purchase” item to every transaction, without ever obtaining the buyer’s consent. The advertised service purportedly offers a “full refund" if your order doesn’t arrive as described,” and we are investigating whether consumers should—and would—receive this purported benefit without having to pay more for. We are also investigating whether this has led to consumers inadvertently buying a service that they did not need and otherwise would not have bought.
