Acre Gold Class Action

We are investigating a class action lawsuit against Acre Gold, the e-commerce company that sells subscriptions to gold bars, as well as gold bars.

We believe certain companies may be violating consumer protection laws by deceiving buyers with limited time offers or limited time sales and coupons, as well as by referring to purported retail, regular, or comparable prices. These promotions deceive buyers into thinking they’re getting great deals and that they must buy now.

But in reality: these offers or sales are not for a limited time, and the purported retail value is false. The so-called sale price is actually the regular price.
