Class Action Investigation

We are investigating a class action lawsuit against Accor, the hospitality company and hotel chain. Accor’s hotel’s include Fairmont, Sofitel, SLS, and others.

The class action investigation regards Accor’s Accor+ membership subscription. We are investigating whether Accor engages in false or deceptive advertising when it represents that Accor+ membership provides “15% off on your stays at Accor hotels worldwide.”

Our investigation has revealed that, on at least some stays, the discount is not provided.

This investigation is part of our larger investigation into deceptive advertising by various hotel chains (such as about alleged discounts or loyalty benefits) as well as mandatory fees charged by them (such as resort fees and parking fees).
