Breeze Parking Concepts Inc. Class Action Investigation
We are investigating a class action lawsuit against Breeze (also known as Parking Concepts Inc.) for processing fees imposed at its parking lots.
We believe that Breeze’s practice of introducing a processing fee on the checkout page (that is not disclosed on the prominent sign at the entrance of the parking lot) may violate California law. This late introduction of new charges may deceive buyers when they are making their decisions on where to park.
